Dr. Marc Garcia is a seasoned leadership coach, entrepreneur, and mentor who brings over 20 years of business experience, 16 years of ministry leadership, and a deep personal understanding of overcoming adversity to every Methodical Leadership course.
A certified John Maxwell Coach, SCORE mentor, and Navy Veteran, Dr. Garcia combines real-world leadership wisdom with a passion for helping others heal and lead effectively. His own journey — shaped by military service, ministry work, business ownership, and foster parenting — has fueled his mission to teach leaders how past trauma and life experiences silently influence leadership styles and team dynamics.
Today, he leads Methodical Leadership with the belief that compassionate leadership is not just an ideal, but a method — one that can be taught, learned, and lived out to create healthier workplaces, ministries, and communities.
When he’s not coaching leaders or teaching, Dr. Garcia enjoys time with his wife of 25 years – Blanca, son and daughter in love and grandson Neo. As well he enjoys helping veterans heal through their trauma via Exodus Mission. He also continues to lead his marketing company Nueva Vida Media and ministry The Bridge Ministry.
